Overview:
Catching wind of potential legal problems for his company — suspicion of wrongdoing associated with hazardous waste on land it had sold — a manager sets out to gather facts. In so doing, he creates a trail of evidence — some correct, some incorrect — that would be fully discoverable by the plaintiff, should a lawsuit be brought. He learns “the hard way” how attorney/client privilege can be forfeited. The video lets viewers learn “the easy way” how that legal privilege can be preserved.
